The resource center promotes the development of environmental education in the region and supports public involvement in environmental monitoring, provides educational institutions, public organizations of their region with the available material, technical, pedagogical, informational, intellectual, programmatic and methodological resources for the preparation and conduct of training seminars, conferences, exhibitions, methodological consultations on environmental education, and will also ensure the interaction of institutions ducation, local authorities, non-governmental organizations operating in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.
